This deck is going to be used in a 2-handed altered (and more difficult) Next Evolution Campaign played by Web-Warrior Fanatic starting in December over the next number of months. I will add links as the episodes become available. This deck will be played with my other deck: https://marvelcdb.com/decklist/view/56040/yo-momma-so-homo-inferior-1.0

This deck is a multiplayer-focused deck. Beyond that, this deck is focused on pairing with an Aerial hero. They don't need to start as an Aerial hero, but the intention is to eventually use Touched on an Aerial hero most turns.

The core of this deck is to: (1) Repeatedly play powerful Psionic allies. (2) Help with Rogue's poor economy. (3) Mainly, put Touched on an Aerial Hero.

(1) With 2x of The Power of the Mind, that will help us to not only play 6 Psionic allies, but it will allow us to play Stepford Cuckoos and Psimitar. While I prefer Psychic Kicker to Psychic Manipulation, I just like playing Rogue in Justice and the psionic Justice allies are nothing to sniff at. Let's look at our Justice allies:

-Between confuse statuses and X-Mansion, Chamber may stay in play all game (especially if the villain is steady).

-Blindfold is just amazing for ensuring you don't have an activation for flipping down and increasing hand-size/healing/Cerebro/Weapon X/playing X-Gene or getting rid of something particularly nasty.

-Marvel Girl if a minion has 2+ scheme, she is above curve for an ally.

Once Psimitar is in play, any psionic allies will also do 2 damage when played. All added allies will allow you to you to use Cerebro effectively to get an ally or use an X-Men ally as an added resource to your hand.

(2) People like to bag on Rogue's lack of economy. I can understand it. She has no innate double resources or resource generators. So, here's what we have to help her: An aerial hero companion, Helicarrier, Deft Focus, X-Gene, Weapon X, Skilled Investigator, and Cerebro. As I already touched on ( ;) ), Cerebro should help her with an ally or can use the ally as a resource. Weapon X will get her a card at the cost of HP. That said, we do have [X-Mansion] and Energy Transfer. That's 7 ways to help her economy. It also doesn't include the 6 doubles that have been included or the One Way or Another (which can be recurred).

(3) We want to mainly put Touched on an aerial hero. When we do this:

-Goin' Rogue become one of the cheapest threat removal cards in the game. You can, alternatively, place Touched on on the villain if you want a confuse for flipping or for Chamber.

-Southern Cross becomes a cheaper Swinging Web Kick. You can, alternatively, place Touched on the villain if you want to stun an enemy.

If you need to wait for your teammate to get aerial, you can still put it on one of your allies to make your own events have a reasonably cost to play. The aerial hero just makes your thwart/attack events more efficient than most hero's attack/thwart cards. Even when an aerial hero is out, you may want to put it on one of your allies for Superpower Adaptation. Your Justice allies allow you to recur Making an Entrance if you need THW 6 + healing or One Way or Another to help get you more cards. Your basic allies allow you to get X-Men Instruction to put the appropriate allies back into the deck to feed Cerebro. It will also replace itself when you have X-Mansion out. Gambit allows you to get your own events. It can be worthwhile to keep him around with X-Mansion after you can start touching an aerial hero so you can recur your own powerful events. You have even more options with Superpower Adaptation when you touch your partners heroes/allies, but generally you'll want Touched on an Aerial hero

One note about Energy Transfer. I will use this as one of my last events to have Touched end the turn on the villain in case I draw a Bulletproof Belle or I want to hold Bulletproof Belle but still make use of Goin' Rogue/Southern Cross while touching an Aerial hero.

Hope you like the deck and will watch it in action against the NeXt Evolution campaign!
