Considering who you touch, you can choose it to be a swinging web kick or a heroic strike, and using the card shenanigans as said in the thwart event, you can have both merge in an amazing 8 damage stun.

The only downside is that it is a tad expensive considering Rogue's low economy, but it is nonetheless a very effective event if used properly. Also, it's a bit awkward that the retaliate causes the stun, as if the villain is stunned, the retaliate won't be useful at all (beside minons), but of course, you can move it afterwards using an energy transfer if you're able to pay for it.
