This is a justice deck that will draw a lot of cards and likes to flip every second round if possible. Professor X and Upside the Head can help with this. She can be quite combo-tastic as you will see. The early game priorities are to get down her persona supports and resource generators down if you don't need allies/events to thwart/damage side schemes and minions. It's good to have at least one ally out to chump block, but you can ignore this if you have Wiggle Room in hand and it's not a big deal to hold since Ms. Marvel has such a high recovery rate.
To help setup her economy, you have One Way or Another and Face the Past to help draw cards. Don't use either of these cards if you're already in a pickle. Maybe save it with Bruno Carrelli instead. Only use it if you can deal with the thing you're summoning. Her nemesis only has 3 health which can be handled by Turn the Tide, Big Hands, or a combination of some allies attacks and your own attack. Completing the side scheme means you can Turn the Tide and draw a card from Skilled Investigator.
In terms of thwarting, you'll usually use allies, Clear the Area, Sneak By, and Multitasking (which particularly good with Shrink). After she has Disguise in play, she can now thwart for 2. So, it's almost like a cheaper Heroic Intuition that she can use in Alter-Ego. You can also combo your thwarting events with Shrink on the main scheme and use Overwatch on the main scheme to complete a side scheme.
You can have a ton of cards with Ms. Marvel. Lets say she's in AE. She starts with 6. She can draw one with Avengers Mansion (7), Her AE ability (8) (I usually use this before Aamir so I more options of what to put on the buttom and can hopefully stack the bottom of my deck with a Genius/Moon Girl combo), Aamir Khan (9), usually use Nakia Bahadir and Helicarrier to help pay for an ally, flip-up, take stashed cards from Bruno Carrelli, play Moon Girl/One Way or Another/Face the Past/Nick Fury and draw more cards and go to town.
Once your economy is setup and you do one of the big card draw turns outlined above, you can do something nutty like: Complete a scheme with one of your thwarting events, play Turn the Tide with Embiggen!, exhaust to return Turn the Tide, play Turn the Tide, use Justice Served, return Turn the Tide, and play Turn the Tide. That's 11 damage that cost you 1 effective resource that turn. You can play additional Turn the Tide cards that you have in hand, play Big Hands, and attack with allies for the final push.
I've definitely had fun playing this and defeated a number of mid difficulty expert villains using the deck. Hopefully you'll have fun if you use it as well.
