Leadership with an Avengers themed ally pool.

Strategy

Run three copies of Strength In Numbers- if you have four allies on the table and an Avengers Mansion you can get She-Hulk up to a hand size of 9. Split Personality (and you'll be able to afford it) gets you a free flip back to alter ego and draw up to another 6, flip back to She-Hulk for 2 free damage and another 6 cards to play.

Allies

Avengers Tower and Quinjet get you the cheap allies. Obviously, reuse Squirrel Girl and Hawkeye. Keep Vision and Wonder Man on the table, use Falcon to Thwart until he's used up (then recur his When Played ability) - make sure he's back in your discard pile before you reshuffle your deck.

Strength in Numbers

The card draw guarantees you get to play Gamma Slam more than once, you'll see your whole deck two or three times. you can end up with a giant hand of cards in alter ego to discard for Legal Practice to thwart. Get Ready and Avengers Assemble! gets your allies ready for their Thwart or more cards. She-Hulk is strong enough to hold her own, and Jennifer can Object long enough to let you build up to those gigantic turns. Emergency can be played... in an emergency...

She Hulk

Flip as much as possible for the thwart abilities, bigger hand size and 2 free damage when you flip back. Any Stun or Confuse you can use against the villain keeps them under control. You don't need Helicarrier or Nick Fury or Maria Hill - just stick to the Avengers theme and you'll have a good time.

Also: +3 hit points... Endurance and Invulnerability for the toughness. Against Rhino, if he charges with 4 ATK with attachments for another +6 with a potential boost card of 3 - he s just going to knock your toughness card off and discard his attachments.

Ground stomp gets you a clean sweep on the Ultron Drones - for a 2 cost event.

I used this build to defeat Mutagen Formula Heroic 1. The only reason it took two tries is because I didn't stick to the strategy in the early game because it was a very different style of play. Modok and Titania weren't an issue.
