Just a straight forward Quicksilver deck that's main purpose is to buff him every turn with one or more of Morale Boost, Moxie, Lead from the Front, Maximum Velocity, Adrenaline Rush, Civic Duty.
Use Avengers Mansion, Quincarrier and Deft Focus to bring down the cost of your events.
I've used this deck with Scarlet Witch to take down standard campaign Ronan. With the Power Stone, and fully upgraded (Accelerated Reflex, Hyper Perception, Reinforced Sinew), you should be at least at 4 TWT/4 ATK/3 DEF most rounds. Enjoy!
