The idea is to never flip into alter-ego, and just hit the villain with increasingly powerful attacks until they die. Haven't tested true solo, but I think it would do well given Spider-Woman's flexibility. With the amount of readies, you could often just thwart for your last activation for around 3 threat removal, and with the healing and toughs I expect you wouldn't have to flip down often. The deck definitely performs best in multiplayer though, if you pair with any character that can provide some extra support this deck can have really explosive turns.
Card Choices:
Leading Blow - 0 Cost, Superhuman Agility's interrupt allows you to benefit from the increased attack before the damage is dealt on your attack.
Godslayer - In conjunction with Leading Blow, can effectively guarantee that you can ready if you target the villain.
Get Over Here! - Included as a 0-cost trigger for Superhuman Agility and Fluid Motion, while having the added benefit of being able to ping off toughs.
What Doesn't Kill Me - Fantastic card, and can really shine in this deck. Once built up, she can easily get up to 5+ attack, at which point every ready is very high value.
Tips
The extra Fluid Motion is often unnecessary, and would only play the second if the turn lines up nicely. I only included two since she can get value from it in this deck, and it's a nice cheap upgrade to thin out her deck and trigger her interrupt.
You likely won't be flipping down very often at all, especially if in multiplayer. You have a lot of sustain, and ideally it's best to be attacking instead of thwarting. Jessica Drew's Apartment is another card that you'll have trouble getting value out of, in general I only play it if I have nothing else to do.
This deck can be weak to stuns if your draw is poor. Can play around it, but I have had instances of having 2x Leading Blow's in hand with no way to make that initial attack - it's brutal.
Potential Changes
The deck has been a ton of fun, but there's a lot I'm not sold on and think there are probably better options.
The ally suite in general feels a little lackluster, but I can't quite find good replacements. Bug is extremely sticky, but mostly exists to ping off toughs until you throw him in front of an attack. Angela I like as this deck has no problem taking out minions, and the 0 cost aspect cards are always welcome to power up Spider-Woman for free.
Outside of that I'm mostly trying Symbiote Suit since this seems like one of the few decks that might actually play it, but after five games so far I've not once felt like I had enough breathing room to play it. Will likely be cutting at some point.
Ooh I like the combo of Leading Blow and Godslayer, very clever!
