Tigra shows why she was recruited as Defender with her innate 3 DEF, she does amazing with all the new cat toys.

We can have up to 8 base DEF (not counting The Best Offense...) in this deck. Note that The Best Offense... will not work with Sharp Claws +1ATK however since we can get Overkill using it, I think it is worth attacking into Hunted minion. Then we can use that ready for thwart or another attack.
I Always Have A Plan For These Minions
Contingency Planning is an amazing card for us since we can put either Mitigated Threat for Symbiote Suit or the more likely—Pinned Down to ignore our minion for Tigra On the Hunt. But wait! There's more because 0 ATK minion from Pinned Down still count towards Stand Alone letting us defend against the villain attack (no extra players needed) and ready again.
Do not skip on Moon Knight despite our no ally build, getting a minion is +1 card draw and with our specialized deck—we can often keep that minion in play longer. Make sure to sacrifice him at the earliest opportunity (sorry mark spector); since we likely have >=2 minion in play, Stand Alone is getting trigger again, no tempo loss.
Customization Option/ Recommendation
We are consistently drawing cards with Tigra On the Hunt, having more cards can mean less deck out and we still go trough our deck quite fast despite that. I decide to keep it lower because I want to make sure I can find Pinned Down as early as Turn 2.
You could run more cards in this deck like Hard to Ignore since her THW is lacking outside of The Best Offense... turn. Army of One readies us but we only have 1 THW thus I feel it was uneeded.
