The Winter Soldier: Captain America
A thematic Winter Soldier deck imagining what it would be like if Bucky joined Cap before the end of the Winter Soldier movie.
General Strategy

The main focus of this deck is to play the Team-Up cards Super-Soldiers and Winter, Widow, Soldier, Spy.

Play/recur Black Widow with Suit Up and Med Lab and she can bring back either of the Team-Up cards from your discard or another useful ATTACK event. Winter, Widow, Soldier, Spy can put Rapid Response or a Silent Infiltration into play.

Get Captain America through Call for Backup to avoid his high cost and keep him around mainly as a blocker with Super-Soldiers. Also the best target for Rapid Response if you need to heal him for more attack/thwarting.

With the toughs from Super-Soldiers, increased DEF from Captain America's Shield, and Arm Block, you can get in a decent amount of defending and use the Retaliate with Captain America's Shield.

Clarity of Purpose is the main upgrade Suit Up target for resource generation. Reinforced Suit is a filler Suit Up target that's not meant to be played. Can be used to pay for Electrical Discharge

The rest of the cards are pretty straightforward and thematic.
