Setting up the perfect thwart

Inspired by the Winning Hand podcast episode 88, I decided to make a deck focused around Even the Odds.

One Way or Another will help get all the side schemes in play to pull off this combo while also giving you enough cards to build out to your hearts desire.

To make sure Even the Odds gets the full effect of the card we need to get as many of those side schemes in the desired range. To get there we'll be using Infiltration to get them to the exact number of remaining threat. As a bonus, hopefully this will give us a minion so we can use Lethal Protector, The Raft, and Interrogation Room to set everything else up for a full board wipe of the side schemes.

Overwatch can be used to keep the main scheme under control when dealing with the side schemes, and there is enough damage in Winter Soldier's deck to defeat any minion or get some villain damage off.

Multiple copies of Interrogation Room and The Power of Justice have been added to help with the energy requirement on Even the Odds.
