This is not your average Storm deck - ignoring her events (except for Weather Goddess to set up card draw) and aiming to get your supports in play as priority, so no deft focus, no x-gene. Priority order for me is CotA and Uncanny X-Men (hence why 2 copies of CotA). You want cheaper allies; and you want Mutant Mayhem available. This deck is trying to give you 2 options - ally swarm with a boost; or a much riskier Timmy described further down.

2 HP boost from your supports really gives you a huge amount of breathing room; and M can do some heavy lifting when she comes in. Kid Omega and Pixie are just fantastic value cards; Forge is going to get you one of the 2 X-Supports (Cerebro is usually priority for finding Cyclops).

With her allies and Ororo's Garden; Storm is actually pretty resilient - I've foregone her Cape in most playthroughs as you're getting a large amount of readying through Utopia and Phoenix anyway. Her Crown is obviously a very important part of the kit. With that; TBE. Uncanny X-Men and X-jet in play; your allies become very affordable. Uncanny X-Men alone drops the cost of Pixie, Forge and Kid Omega to 1 (and 2 of those cards fetch you cards!).

Cyclops is the key ally here - even getting him in once in a round with Thunderstorm in play sets up huge damage numbers for the table; any recursion and the numbers skyrocket.

I've gone with New Recruits over Call for Backup as they do not count towards your ally limit and the cost is slightly cheaper.

The Timmy combo you're aiming for here is to recur Cyclops multiple times in a round; have up to 5 allies in play; have Thunderstorm in play and then smash the villain. Sadly Team Training and Uncanny get in the way a bit - a 2hp Cyclops recurs a lot easier than the 4hp version.

Despite multiple playtests and refinement; I've never lucked into more than twice in a round Cyclops; but even then it was game over for the villain. Cyclops coming into play generally means you have 11 damage output from him and Storm alone in that round (2att each, bonus 1 from Thunderstorm, bonus 1 from Cyclops; 3 damage from switching to Thunderstorm).

To get the full ridiculous, the following needs to happen:

1) Children of the Atom and Utopia are in play (but Uncanny X-Men and Team Training are not)

2) Rapid Response is in play

3) Practiced Plan is in play

3) New Recruits has just popped

4) Cyclops gets played

5) Last Stand him to discard

6) Rapid Response him into play

7) Practiced Plan to Recur Rapid Response

8) Attack with Cyclops

9) Rapid Response him again

10) Mutant Mayhem him into play again

11) ATTACK!!

Everyone will be getting +1 attack and each instance of damage that phase will be increased by 4.

There's also Utopia and Phoenix shenanigans that can occur to ready some of your characters for additional activations in the big turn if she is one of the Mutant Mayhem targets.
