Snikt Happens

So, I've seen plenty online suggesting Wolverine-Protection wouldn’t work. Well, I’ve never believed that and since I was a very silly boy and published a 50 card deck, it’s about time I did a new one.

As we know, Wolverine is inherently snikt happy, so the theme is to give him more thwarting and enough defence / help to keep him up for longer.

12 upgrades is a lot, I’ll grant you, but there’s method to the madness, I hope. Endurance and Adamantium Skeleton, plus Armored Vest gets us to 17 health and now a 3-2-3 baseline. Lovely stuff. 2 x Hard to Ignore fills in that THW baseline and that’s a solid base for a lovely pizza to follow. X-Gene and Deft Focus for resource generation with 2 x Protective Training for your allies and I’m pretty happy with that.

Utopia helps ready Logan whenever you play any of the allies. Speaking of whom, Professor X felt a good choice to double down on threat removal and give you a chance to drop down if needed, Triage for a heal and Polaris to keep you up for another round.

Then it’s onto the events, apart "Come Get Me, Bub!", again giving some healing, the remaining green cards are defense-based, offering readying, stuns or threat removal.

With his inherent ability to attack, I hope I’ve done a decent enough job to give good control of the board.
