Colossus protects his snowflake

This deck is all about playing Colossus to defend you.
Thanks to Limbo you can make sure that Colossus is on top of your deck.
And with Uncanny X-Men and the top deck reduction, you can play him for 1 !!!

Magik pushes her brother under the bus

Since he does not exhaust when he defends you, you can then use Colossus for a basic thwart or attack. And now you find yourself with an useless exhausted brother...
Just play Noble Sacrifice or "You Got This!" to teach your brother how cruel life can be.

Piotr always forgives his little snowflake

Don't worry Colossus is never angry at you for long. You can teleport him back on top of your deck every turn with Stepping Disc or Pixie.
I play Stepping Disc many times each game so I included Deft Focus.
Pixie actually ports your bro into your hand, but when the villain's phase begins, just use Limbo to put him on top of your deck.

Teach some basic spells to Pixie

Thanks to Mutant Mayhem and Children of the Atom, you can teach Pixie a basic teleportation spell. Allowing her to bring back Colossus into your hand while also bringing a second ally into play. That is why I included allies with powerful "enter play" effects.

Tips

Sacrifice Colossus as soon as you can. Don't try to wait until he has only one hit point left. Believe me : the value of "You got This!" and Noble Sacrifice is much better than having your bro use one more basic power.
Keep Pixie alive, she will have one more HP with Uncanny X-men. You can replay her with Mutant Mayhem and heal her completely.
Since Limbo will be used entirely for Colossus, I also play Domino to swap an ally during my turn and use "To Me, My X-men!". When she is low on hit points you can pick her as your second target for Mutant Mayhem.
Children of the Atom will let you chose Pixie and a second X-men for Mutant Mayhem.
Between healing and the tough cards, you should never need to go into alter-ego.

Love this, Magik is my favorite hero in the game and she's so great in Leadership

Deft Focus doesn't make sense to me. There are not many super powers in Magik's kit.

no resource cards or resources generators? what's the thought behind that?(genuinely curious)

In my experience, Magik does not need resource cards. She already has a discount on one or two cards per round. And she actually does not like to have a resource card on top of the deck. Because you cannot play it.
In most of my Magik deck I do play resourceful. What ?! Yes resourceful is great for Magik because it has a printed wild resource and can still be played on top of the deck to be used later.
In this deck however I don't play it because the deck already has 9 cards that are situational. Let's say you draw a hand full of Noble Sacrifice, You Got it and Mutant Mayhem. If it is the start of the game and you don't have an ally in play yet, you pretty much have an unplayable hand. Adding resource cards will only increase the odds of such a hand.
So in the early game I use leadership events as my primary resource to play allies, upgrade and supports. In the second half I start spamming Stepping Disc and Leadership events. At this point I use Magik events as resource.
