Overkill-focused deck for Hulk. Hit things really hard with Hulk Smash or Hand Cannon (I guess this is Smart Hulk) then boost the output with Follow Through and heal up with Moment of Triumph.
Combat Training and Skilled Strike boost Hulk's damage output, while Limitless Stamina lets him do it again. Toe to Toe provides a quick way to take out a minion, or do some extra damage against the villain since Moment of Triumph should be providing some extra healing. Unshakable helps mitigate annoying stuns.
Machine Man can eat any extra cards to help attack or thwart, but beyond that there's not much thwarting power in this deck. Presumably you either have a teammate to help deal with schemes, or you're using a rushdown strategy to take out the villain before threat becomes an issue.
