Venom: Somebody Set Us Up the Bomb

Star-Lord is best at getting himself into so much trouble by always asking at the most inappropriate of times "What Could Go Wrong?" And with each Daring Escape he is only adding to his own plight. Not to say that each time he is ultimately getting the job done One Way or Another. Luckily, Star-Lord has friends to help back him up.

Gamora: We get signal.

Star-Lord: What!

Star-Lord would be nothing without his friends, but he is bringing more than just Guardians to the table.

Allies

Star-Lord has recruited Agent Coulson his new Guardians of the Galaxy. Being a master of the Spycraft he not only is able to grab a copy of the card, but is the only way those cards can hit the table and get rid of some of the more nasty encounter cards, hopefully. Also coming from Earth is Spider-Man who while costly can come in clutch to get rid of those pesky side schemes. Nova Prime being the final non-Guardian to help out by going in guns blazing taking out minions left and right to clear up the battlefield.

By his side Star-Lord keeps Gamora as his second-in-command digging through the deck to pull out those clutch Event cards. The mighty Drax Having a one track mind, taking on the villain before defending Star-Lord from a massive attack. Finally, Venom acting as the powerhouse as long as the Main Scheme is clear of threat.

  • Drax: Having a one track mind he is good to go after the Villain or act in defense for Star-Lord.

Villain: All Your Base are Belong to Us

The Guardians have some great bases that the villains will want to get their hands on. Hopefully the Guardians can keep them.

Support

Star-Lord has with him not one, but two starcrafts, the first being Bad Boy that can get him out of trouble just before the Villain takes him out. The second being the C.I.T.T. with which he or any of his Guardian Allies are able to get in there one more time with an attack or thwart. And with Knowhere, the greatest base of them all, getting more cards into your hand. Always good thing, but then also allowing for more allies to get out in the field is just a plus.

Star-Lord: What you say!!

Star-Lord: Take off every zig!!

The Guardian of the Galaxy allies are at the ready and they have to protect the bases from belonging to the villain. To do that though it is time to suit up and get in a Zig!

Upgrades

Star-Lord comes loaded for bear with Element Guns in each hand he is can punch through any tough villain or minion and with his Jet Boots and Star-Lord's Helmet he can mostly dodge any attack and get more cards in hand especially while in the deepest of trouble. As the Leader of the Guardians and with his Heroic Intuition he and his Guardian allies can really thwart their way out of trouble. Star-Lord has a strong Sense of Justice to help pay for those important events to remove threat and draw cards after Star-Lord becomes a Skilled Investigator using his knowledge to stave off defeat by placing the Main Scheme Under Surveillance.

Star-Lord: For Great Justice!

Star-Lord shouts, "For Great Justice!" as he Multitasks his way out of danger using his Agile Flight with Gutsy Moves to Turn the Tide! Thwarting his way out of trouble to get in that final Sliding Shot to take out the villain and win the day against all odds!

Alternate Cards

Allies is the area that can be changed the most. Swapping out Drax or any of the others for Groot or Rocket Raccoon. The only ones you would want to keep for allies are Agent Coulson and Gamora.

If you have any suggestions I would love to hear about it. Mostly this is a meme deck for fun so hopefully you can enjoy it for the meme value alone.
