This deck focuses on getting a ton of tough statuses for Luke Cage and Ready for a Fight is mostly what makes it possible.
-By flipping down, you can grab 2 - 3 tough status cards with Burstein Process. You can also grab another with Hidden Base. When you flip up with Ready for a Fight, you can also trigger Perseverance.
-Patriot will get tough status cards as you engage with minions. "Come Get Me, Bub!" can help facilitate this if you need some healing from your unpreventable damage. Polaris and She-Hulk both have tough statuses to help you keep your own. She-Hulk will even give you one.
-Luke doesn't seem to have tons of damage in his kit. Especially, if you lack tough statuses. So, we have a few Powerful Punch cards in the deck, which can hopefully save you a tough status by killing the minion before it damages you.
-Since you'll likely have tons of tough status cards, Taunt can help you draw some more cards.
-Finally we have Rogue. If you can get Rogue out while you have at least one Metal Bracer, you can make Rogue a 4 ATK/4 Thw ally by touching Luke. You'll not even take the damage that Rogue would deal you when you use the Bracer to block the damage. The 2 Med Team cards are mainly there to get additional uses out of Rogue. That said, in multiplayer, someone usually has a bonkers ally which makes Med Team wonderful, even if you don't have Rogue.

I played a very similar version of this earlier and it was very fun. Taunt is bonkers with Luke. I also used the new Hulk ally as with the extra activations from taunt he can get to a decent attack stat pretty quickly to help with some damage in the end game.
I didn't use Powerful Punch though and that's a great idea for increasing his damage as I did find a couple times I really had to rely on getting Sweet Christmas to deal with the minions that were gathering.
