Herc forms a Cosmic Alliance
Yes, that Cosmic Alliance!!!!

Cosmic Alliance is a card I have never really wanted to play, the usual problems exist of readying a hero that has already had a turn. However, Cell Phone has helped solve that problem. So now you can Cell Phone another Guardian at the table, then play Cosmic Alliance to ready that character before their turn. Or vice versa Ready them with Cosmic Alliance and have them go again with Cell Phone.
Why Hercules?
This probably could work for others just as well, but there is more to this decision than just Cell Phone. The big thing is Hercules draws a lot of cards from completing his labors, and the really nice thing is eventually Olympus and Quincarrier just pays for Cosmic Alliance all together. So that combination of card draw and resources make Hercules uniquely positioned to afford not just Cosmic Alliance but also Problem Solvers and his own allies.
Turn 0 Strategy
In DnD there is something called a Session 0 to get all the players on the same page theme, story, and characters wise. I think a lot of us do this when we sit down to play Marvel Champions with others. "What are you playing?" "Mind if I try this?" "Can we include a minion heavy mod?" etc.
With that I do have some Turn 0 things that I think make this deck even more enjoyable.

ask the Guardian player(s) to include a copy of Honorary Guardian: This is great because we as a table can extend the Avenger and Guardian Traits to the other heroes at the table and get them in on the action as well.

I only included 2 copies of Cell Phone so for that 3rd copy see if someone is willing to include it in their own deck. I actually have 6 copies of it thanks to MC/DC alt arts so for me I will have plenty of copies if anyone else would like to include it.

Pretty sick when you're sad because you had to defend in the villain phase, but a cosmic alliance solves all your exhausted problems!
