Turns out Justice is the best aspect for Bucky. Infiltration provides huge thwarting and minions, while Stealth Strike kills the minions and provides even more thwarting. I used to play Aggression Bucky, but had a few problems with it.
- Terrible Survivability. He only has 2 copies of Arm Block, and he has average base defense, so he loses health quickly. He also has almost no way to duck down safely, so this results in some problems.
- Unreliable control. His threat removal is completely reliant on minions, so when there are no minions, he can't thwart.
- Unused Potential. When leaning full in to Bucky's damage aspect, there are some cards in his kit that just are not used to their full potential. Silent Infiltration is difficult to play, as you are always playing attack events, and Safe House #30 is wasted as you can almost never duck down without getting crazy threat on the main scheme I started looking through Justice though, and saw some crazy synergy. So that's where this deck comes in.
Early Game: Prioritize getting Winter Rifle into play. This will be you're most reliable way of killing minions, and is an absolutely necessary upgrade. If you draw Helicarrier, use it as a resource because it is your best target for Build Support. Your main priority after the rifle is The Raft. This support will serve 2 purposes.
- It will remove threat after minion kills.
- Once you have 3 minions tucked, it will give you a minion EVERY TURN if you want it to. Now that's some crazy threat removal if you ask me.
Late Game: The late game is fairly self explanatory. You can duck down safely since Sonic Rifle confuses easily, and even if you don't have it you will be able to majorly thwart next turn. Bucky has good damage output still, so killing the villain won't be a problem once you are stable.
Final Thoughts: So that's the deck. It solved all the problems I had with Bucky, and is pretty fun to play. I hope you enjoy using it, and feel free to give any recommendations in the comments.

Apr 12, 2026Yeah, Informant really would work well, as you could get some threat removal when you flip down. It's always fun when you can get the scenario to do some of your work for you. |
Apr 12, 2026Nice deck and write-up. Bucky's kit is so offense heavy, I feel you can stick him in any aspect and know he'll have enough damage. Good job covering his weaknesses and working with his strengths. Some general tips for Bucky, I've found helpful when deck building.
Hope this helps and have fun! Bucky is a lot of fun when you figure out how to play around his gaps. |
Great deck Bucky in justice is always a good time I personally would add Informant to use minions and get a little more benefit from Agent Coulson ability to search a preperation for situations when there’s not an enemy to defeat to trigger Silent Infiltration.
