The idea behind this deck was to take advantage of Deadpool's hero response when he's defeated and flips to AE. Hidden Base gives you a tough status when you flip to AE which serves 2 purposes for us.

One is that tough can save Deadpool from dying to boost effects or encounter cards potentially.

Two is that we now have a tough when we flip back to hero if it was not knocked off in AE by encounter cards.

Deck Strategy:

Outside of utilizing Hidden Base we have a couple other objectives we are trying to achieve.

The main one is getting Cable on board. Since we are going to be building acceleration tokens as Deadpool loves to do, Cable is going to grow in power up to a certain point (5 atk/4 thwt) and we want to keep him around.

Children of the Atom gives all our allies all the mutant traits meaning we can slap Protective Training on Cable giving more health and allows us to utilize Game Time for extra activations. They really are best buds!

Med Team keeps Cable and Elixir alive as well as other heroes in MP games. Deadpool is not as selfish as everyone thought, he's saving lives.

Frenemies becomes much easier to use since we can keep Cable alive for most of the game with Med Team and Elixir.

Every time Elixir activates he can heal a damage from either Deadpool or Cable. Mainly we will use this alongside Med Team to keep Cable alive but we can also use it to give Deadpool a little more health to allow using his Deadpool's Katana without dying.

Hidden Base was mentioned and to take more advantage of being in AE we have Mutant Education to shuffle up to 2 identify specific cards back into our deck. We can use this to shuffle something like Exhausting Personality, Montage or Cable if he gets defeated. We can then use Deadpools ability in AE to fish an event out of our deck.

Moira MacTaggert then draws us a card when we flip back to hero.

Grabbing Exhausting Personality can either add another acceleration token and stun/confuse the villain or later in the game we can use it to exhaust either Deadpool and draw cards or a teammate in MP to draw cards. Remember Sharing is Caring!

Build those acceleration tokens and make sure you get It Ain't Over... on the main scheme to help keep it from popping.

Defensive Conditioning is here to give Deadpool extra health to make his events deal more damage/ remove more threat. We won't actually be defending with him.

The Night Nurse can get rid of status effects for us or a teammate in MP games plus add a little healing.

Directed Force can be used with his Katanas for some extra damage.

Overall I have really been enjoying this deck and it has performed extremely well. It handles threat well between Cable and Deadpool while also bringing a significant amount of damage.

I'd love to hear any feedback or experiences with it!

Looks fun! I love using Directed Force with the Katanas to get more damage too. With all the flipping, Hidden Base feels like a great fit for Wade. Good stuff!

@boomguy thank you sir! I haven't been too high on Deadpool in the past but I have really been enjoying him lately.
