Cable has decided to go on a Mutant Mayhem spree. Children of the Atom allows Cable multiple readies per round via his own ability and Utopia. Once Cable's basic stats have been boosted via Technovirus Purge and Surveillance Specialist, those multiple activations per turn will be putting in serious work.
Feel free to play around with the ally and player side scheme slots. There are a lot of psionic cards here so can see the justification for some copies of The Power of the Mind, but it's not my style of play. Forge is here to help hit Utopia quicker and The X-Jet provides a secondary search target, but I can see both Forge and The X-Jet being dropped, as both of those search targets are useless until Children of the Atom is in play - though the opposite argument of setting them up in advance for Children of the Atom could be made. Triage is another flex ally slot that could easily be switched out for something else. White Queen is a tech slot but I think she is good and is worth keeping in as you don't want pesky status effects slowing down your multiple per turn activation shenanigans.
With respect to multiplayer, I wanted to keep the threat level low on the player side schemes, excluding the 3 basic player side schemes which I think are staples and should be ran regardless. New Recruits can be cheesed into play at the start of the game via your set-up ability but otherwise need to wait until Children of the Atom is on the table to play it from hand. You probably want to grab Bling! when it is completed as she has an enter play effect that is synergistic with Mutant Mayhem.
