Build out the resource generators, Symbiote Suit and Endurance get your health up to 23 letting you enjoy the 6 hand size in hero form (7 or 8 with the Avengers Mansion and the one you get from being attacked by the villain) and boost your stats up to 2/3/4 letting you lay the smack down and go blow for blow with the villain.

The Concussive Blows, Under Surveillance and Counterintelligences allow you to flip down to heal with Aunt May without worrying too much about threat and if it does start to pile up the Beat Cops, your allies, and Spider-Tracers will help you get it back down.
