Wiser words have never been spoken.
However, in this version of Earth, we find ourselves and Scott Lang ready to protect all. Kinda.
I say that, the theme of this deck is to stay in Giant as much as possible and benefit from 3 ATK and 3 DEF, but because of the 4 hand size, we'll need to keep things as cheap as possible.
Upgrades
Armored Vest brings us to a 4 DEF in Giant form and Endurance gives us some extra beans to stay up for a while longer.
As you'll be defending aplenty, Electrostatic Armor gives you retaliate and Hard to Ignore helps chip away at a scheme, while if you've dropped down Ready for a Fight throws you into Hero form and with your strong DEF and events, readying up shouldn't be a problem.
Supports
Angel's Aerie offers strong recovery as you'll be defending lots, Med Team keeps you healthy and Quincarrier as a useful resource towards Wrist Gauntlets.
Team-Building Exercise makes a guest appearance as if it comes out early enough, it'll help towards Avenger, Giant and Tiny cards. And if you don't need it, it's another Strength resource towards Wrist Gauntlets.
Allies
Three Avenger allies are in for use with Earth's Mightiest Heroes for readying and with a few Tech cards in the Upgrades, Spider-Byte may well come in at a reduced cost. I've not played Victor Mancha before; not only is he an Energy resource, but acts as a handy blocker too.
Events
Much like Sex Panther, these kittens are gonna purr. Let's make use of your decent basic ATK in Giant form, so we want to ready up lots; enter Earth's Mightiest Heroes, Desperate Defense and What Doesn't Kill Me.
Counter-Punch is a zero cost for 3 ATK also takes advantage of your basic 3 ATK while Not Today! offers a bit of threat removal.
With plenty of Energy and Strength cards in overall, you can burn them Wrist Gauntlets where you need to.
And that's it. A veritable feast of stompy-stomps and hardy blocks.
"That's the smell of desire milady."
