It's taken me a few tries to get a Leadership Falcon deck I enjoy. This one has been (mostly) working for me. I took my Spectrum aerial Avengers deck that can double as a Falcon deck and fine tuned the Falcon version into this.
You are wanting to get your aerial Avenger allies into play and (except Redwing) keep them there. Stinger might initially seem out of place, but if you can get both Sky Cycle and Wingman onto her, she can prevent two points of consequential damage from your heavy hitters every turn.
There are loads of things Falcon is wanting to get into play, but becoming Captain America, then getting Captain America's Shield as well as his Vibranium Microweave will set him up to be able to defend and survive without using up his allies for blocking, unless they do so with the benefit of Ready for Action.
Hope Summers can be a little tricky if she comes out because she loses Avenger when Falcon switches to Alter-Ego, so she loses her Mighty Avengers bonuses and could put you over your ally limit if you are maxed out using Avengers Tower. So plan her usage carefully.
Spectrum has amazing potential, but you need to pay for her using one of the few Wild resources in the deck to really capitalize on her. A Resourceful card has been included to be used for exactly that purpose, bank that card for paying for her when you get the chance, or just hope you have one of the two The Power of Leadership cards when she comes into hand.
Falcon is a tough nut to crack. He's can be good at just about anything, but your luck may vary a lot with any one of those things at any given moment. This deck tries to keep him helping out where he can, while his allies provide some across-the-board consistency.
