This is a Sidekick Scarlet Witch deck. I based the name of the deck purely on Quicksilver being fast and the color palette of Scarlet Witch's cards. But once you get this deck built, you will feel the wind in your face as you breeze pass minions and villains blowing up their sinister schemes. Here's the general goal of the deck:

  1. Get Quicksilver into play. Quicksilver is the foundation of the deck and is meant to be the focus of the early stage of the game. Call for Backup, Nick Fury, Agatha Harkness, Spiritual Meditation, Suit Up, and Wanda Maximoff's alter ego ability allow you to quickly search through your deck to get him into play quickly.
  2. All the attachments (Inspired, Power Gloves, Reinforced Suit, and obviously Sidekick) are meant for him. Once he is vultroned up, he will have effectively 2 THW, 3 ATK (with an extra damage from power gloves), and +4 HP.
  3. Once in play, keep him in play by healing him. Innovation, First Aid, and Side-by-Side all help to keep him in play through healing.

Once built, Quicksilver can be incredibly strong. With a stat boost provided by Side-by-Side, you could have a turn where you deal 15 damage (4 ATK + 4 ATK + 4 ATK + 3 damage from Power gloves), or up to 9 threat removal and 3 damage. The flexibility makes him very strong, and the other allies in this deck are great for supporting you early on and are also useful for chump blocking. Once you get things going, this deck is incredibly fun, provides interesting decisions in how you set up your board state quickly, and can be incredibly strong. I could easily remove a ton of threat and deal damage to take out Thanos when I played him against this deck.

Great deck. I will add this to the queue for upcoming games. Did you include Inspiring Presence in any plays with it? Quicksilver makes for an excellent Sidekick.

Quicksilver is so underrated as a sidekick target. Good stuff!

@BlueRiver I completely missed that card! That is perfect for what this deck is trying to do. That is a great recommendation!

@Castlefrank47 I am so glad you liked it! This deck made me fall in love with the Sidekick archetype all over again. Do you have a favorite or most unique Sidekick build that you have made?
