History

This started as an "Inspired Black cat" deck that got a little jankier more fun as time went on thanks to the new additions in Ant-Man's pack.

It was born out of the idea that Black Cat + Honorary Avenger + Inspired + Power Gloves + Sky Cycle = 6 damage every turn, indefinitely.

Theory behind deck decisions

As Spider man's default beefy 3 defense, you can weather the storm by defending every turn while your allies do the heavy lifting.

With so few valid targets, Call for Aid will burn through a large swath of your deck as it only has 2 valid targets. Having played ally tower decks before the Ant-Man cards were available, this card solves a fundamental problem of Tower builds by tutoring for your base, which helps eliminate dead hands. Both Iron Man and Ronin love attachments, so they are good other allies to include.

Make the Call is included because sometimes, your allies will have to eat a hit for you, or you'll otherwise discard Black Cat milling through your deck. While Rapid Response is a great card, when the allies die their attachments fall off, and it doesn't help us retrieve Black Cat, so I opted out of them.

First Aid is included because you want to keep your towers going for as long as possible. In a pinch, Honorary Avenger can also give an extra turn to an ally

Avengers Mansion and Helicarrier are pretty standard cards for most decks; my copy of Quincarrier is in another deck, but it would otherwise reasonably replace the Helicarrier.

Final Notes

Mulligan into allies or Call for Aid. Black cat with only Inspired is still no slouch, so don't be too concerned if your combo isn't fully out.

With so many attachments, it is quite feasible to get about half your deck on the board. Great for deck thinning, although usually you've won well before that's needed.
