Ally Swarm Deck. Become an Uncanny X-Men with Children of the Atom to cause some Mutant Mayhem.

Uncanny Psylocke

Uncanny X-Men is the most important card of the build. Build Support can put it in play or you can play it outright. Prioritize Uncanny X-men, because it will increase the HP pool of all X-men allies which makes them all stick to the board for longer. Once Children of the Atom is out then you get the additional effect of reducing X-men ally costs. Makes it much easier to play the allies outright.

Ally Swarm

The deck has an absurd amount of allies. The cheapest allies are Pixie and Forge at 2 printed cost. Both tutor a card so they pay back part of their cost. Most of the other allies are 3 cost and there're a few 4 cost allies. The costlier allies have higher health and great stats. Psylocke is resource rich but draws only 4 cards in Hero. She can play these expensive allies with a hero hand size, and can play multiple allies if she is starting in Alter-ego. Build up your allies to use their basic actions, no defending unless it's an emergency.

Death by a Thousand Basic Actions

The benefit to so many allies is they constantly pump out stats. Four allies can be out at a time thanks to Utopia. Four allies can activate, then can play allies from hand to replace the exhausted allies, or bounce two allies with Mutant Mayhem. Playing an ally can ready another X-Men character with Utopia. Before Children of the Atom is out, use the ready on another ally, afterwards then you can ready Psylocke. Professor X, Angel, and "You Got This!" are additional sources of ready for Psylocke as well. The deck reliably activates 2-3 times with Psylocke, and 4-7 times with allies every turn.

Miscellaneous

X-Men vs. X-Force. Utopia increases ally limit when all allies are X-Men trait. Cable, X-23, and Angel are the X-Force allies in the deck. Before Children of the Atom is out, make sure playing an X-force ally won't cause you to lose discard extra allies by losing the Utopia limit increase. Also an issue with Uncanny X-Men. Before Children of the Atom, Uncanny is only increasing HP of X-men allies. After Children of the Atom, then all of your allies with have +1 HP. However, before and after Children of the Atom only allies with X-men printed trait get reduced cost.

Identity Cards. This deck does not rely on the identity kit much. They are useful in the early game and will sometimes just draw events, but it isn't the focus of the deck. The focus is to use basic actions.

Alter-Ego. Flipping to alter-ego is important to recover and bigger resources, but also for the AE ability. Use your psi-upgrades to shuffle in more allies into the deck. Plenty of great Psionic allies in the build.
