Welcome, new agent. As the newest member of the Strategic Homeland Intervention, Enforcement and Logistics Division, you have been assigned to serve under Sergeant Barnes, the infamous Winter Soldier.

Your division as one very specific mission. To draw out SHIELD's enemies and dispose of them. To do so, your force is equipped with some specific equipment.

Welcome to my latest deck, which focuses on pulling minions and gunning them down immediately, reaping the benefits. We have several powerful upgrades that are a must, starting with Winter Rifle and Bambino, two cards that count as weapons for events such as Firepower, Fusillade and Mean Swing but also have unique powerful abilities.

The allies in this deck are largely SHIELD-based, with the exception of Angela, who can bring in more minions, and Wolverine, a powerful ally in his own right. All of these allies make it easier to dispose of minions, which you can find using Spoiling for a Fight, Looking for Trouble, or Safe House #30.

Now to the rewards. After killing a minion, you get to remove threat using your hero ability and War Room, which allow for you to focus on minions rather than the main scheme. We also have Hall of Heroes, giving us extra card draw for gunning down minions.
