Wakanda Soldier
Bucky gets some WAKANDA support from Dora Milaje and a trio of DORA MILAJE allies. Manifold - an AVENGER from WAKANDA - can find Build Support and help you clear it to find and put Dora Milaje into play.
Aneka's and Ayo's Special abilities will soften up minions and side schemes, making them easier for you to defeat for the myriad of rewards that Justice (and even Winter Soldier) provides. One Way or Another finds side schemes to keep that value train going.
You want to keep all three of the Basic DORA MILAJE allies in play, but you'll need to push someone out to play another ally, so Chance Encounter helps get allies back when you want them.
