I haven't made a Vision deck in a long time and wanted to see if I could do something different with him. I also wanted to see if I could find a use for Invisibility Gear and think I found a space for it here.

This deck is all about staying in Intangible form and putting out Preparations. It is going to want to face off against minions to use Quake, Informant and Sting Operation but has Infiltration to help keep them coming.

Infiltration also adds to this deck's solid thwarting. Vision has 5 Thwart cards of his own Just Passing Through and Solar Beam and the Counterintelligence preparations can tamp down on threat as well, not to mention that Vision can still thwart when Intangible

You will occasionally want to switch to Solid form to land a Solar Beam or Superdense Strike (or preferably, with the the right economy cards, both) but if you find yourself a little low on hit points when doing so, you can trust your Invisibility Gear to turn one attack into a scheme instead. A scheme which may be foiled by Counterintelligence or Informant.

Your mulligan and first turn should focus on getting some economy into play. Helicarrier, Deft Focus, Sense of Justice and Solar Gem are his toolbox for being able to put out preparations and still use his other cards. This deck has a lot of low cost cards, so you don't need all of them, but every little bit helps and economy will help you ramp up your effectiveness as the game progresses.

Especially against villains with 1-2 ATK, camping out in intangible form has really paid off in my games. Waiting to join in on dealing damage until I can do at least 9 damage in one round, preferably more.

I have only tested this in Multiplayer, it does a good job of helping manage threat but against villains with lots of side schemes or at 3-4 player count, you might want to add some Even the Odds or Overwatch cards to the deck. Other cards that could be added are: Additional copies of Skilled Investigator for your teammates, or The Raft to lock up those minions you get rid of.

Looks fun! Invisibility gear is a really fun card imo. The combo with it and counterintelligence is a really good one! Good stuff as always!

@LACK OF SUBTLETY I still need to play it more but this one for Groot to preserve his counters has been a lot of fun

@boomguy "I've got a fever, and the only prescription is more Vision decks"

I love how Vision has so many unique builds. This one looks just as compelling. Thanks
