Hey, let's do 'Get Help!' Come on, you love it. It's great, works every time!
Shuri's new Justice cards open up some interesting possibilities for Thor; this certainly isn't the only Thor deck this week to note what The Raft does for Thor, but I'm also interested in the combo of Show of Empathy and Face the Past: Loki isn't Elite, making him a decently high-value target for Redemption (though of course we're flexible enough to choose other cards too).
So, the basic game plan is like a lot of other Justice decks: spend the first few rounds changing form as much as possible so you can get the cards to set up a bunch of upgrades and supports, using spare events to clear off threat accrued during this time. Mjolnir is best spent as a resource on setup turns since Odinson can return it to hand each round, but eventually you will want to play it to be able to make use of Soaring Acrobatics and Yaw and Roll, both of which are pretty efficient as long as you can meet the conditions.
The Raft is going to be leaky by design: we want to load it up with minions -- ideally high-SCH ones, but let's not be too picky at first -- so that most of the time, when anyone defeats a minion, we can deal a new minion to ourselves and guarantee card draw if we're in Thor form on the next Villain Phase.
We want to hold on to Face the Past until Show of Empathy is out. Playing it immediately draws 5 cards: 3 from the effect of Face the Past itself, and 2 from "Have at thee!" when Loki engages us. From there, either Infiltration or Yaw and Roll (combined with a basic thwart) easily clears enough threat to gain Loki as a controlled ally. With 4 Health and 2/2 ATK/THW, he's not an incredible ally but he's decent, and the card draw on that turn should more than make up for the cost. Possibly worth noting as well that although you can't "attack" on this phase, Lightning Strike is not an attack.
Since this combo is single-use, and Loki may eventually be defeated or discarded and come back, we need either Heimdall or Sting Operation to help get rid of him in the late game, due to his extremely annoying text box power. Heimdall is expensive and finicky, even with The Bifrost helping out, so I go with Sting Operation because it's vastly cheaper and easier to set up, and it potentially has other uses.
