War Machine loves Leo Fitz and Jemma Simmons. He has to flip down often for those ammo counters and he gets the S.H.I.E.L.D discount in alter-ego. Grab Upgraded Chassis as soon as you can and get an automatic tough card
I built this deck to protect the table during a 3 player campaign so it's built to block and heal. WM can tank with his tough card from Upgraded Chassis and block a second activation with Armored Vest, Energy Barrier and/or Forcefield Generator. Remember Jemma Simmons can help pay for the latter two.
Indomitable can ready you back up to block again or punch some bad guy next turn. Hard to Ignore and Unflappable give you benefits from taking no damage after defending.
When those green tech upgrades get low on counters Repurpose them to beef up your defense for your next block without them. Or whatever you want, I don't care.
Even blocking all the time, War Machine can still be a powerhouse with his events. Just keep stocked up on ammo counters with Munitions Bunker.
