I already made one atypical sidekick deck here: Wasp and Ant Man

I just saw this one published (will comment and like soon): Butterfly Hearts

I have been working on this deck list for a bit now and I'm still not sure about it, but I love the idea of uploading a deck that can be compared and contrasted to Butterfly Hearts.

Pros: Turn one resources make it consistently possible to Suit Up and play Angel and Sidekick.

With the lower stats on him, I included a number of allies I would love to also use with Suit Up, By the way there are over 10 cards that contain the word "Suit" so using # and "Suit" doesn't actually allow you to click the card Suit Up to link it. I have to go fetch it from the card lookup page. Here it is for future reference [ Suit Up ] ( /card/45017 ) I put an extra space after/before opening/closing brackets.

I digress. While grabbing powerful allies with Suit-Up, I grab Inspired to help Angel with his weak stat line. I grab Reinforced Suit to make it so he has the hit points to handle me using Psychic Kicker on him, which also makes his activations much more powerful. Once he is down to 1 out of 5 health, flip Psylocke to Alter-ego, exhaust to heal him 2 and recover and do it again at the beginning of the next turn to get both characters to full health, flip, back up, and keep going to town on enemies and schemes with both characters.

Cons: I don't know what it is like to play with a plethora of Psionic cards. So, I don't know if Telekinesis, Telepathy, Psimitar do much even with discounts from Team-Building Exercise.

I am open to input and will gladly test-pilot Butterfly Hearts (link at the top) as well as this build. Thanks for checking me out!

Oh awesome! Your Wasp deck WAS that atypical sidekick that inspired me to try it with Psylocke! So I'm glad you also posted this here. I will go and link your Wasp deck with mine. Very bold for you to go down to only 1 resource, but I like it! I tend to go very low resources with her, usually only the base 3, and since you have TBE and Clarity of purpose, maybe just genius is enough!

This is super cool for a sidekick deck, and a great callout with the two resource generators at start!

A way you could keep buffing Angel is by including Children of the Atom and then you could add Danger Room Training . But this deck looks super cool!
