Waylay is a great fit with Wolverine.
With this deck, you can put out side schemes, either Generation X or through One Way or Another. Then thwart them down, drawing more cards as you do with Track by Scent, Clear the Area and Skilled Investigator. Then use Wolverine's Claws to play Waylay (or any of his other attacks).
The rest of the are there to support this and the deck has proved very vetsatile in play.
I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but the Claws can't play Waylay. Waylay is a response and the claws are an action
