Seeing as how Bishop comes with two allies with healing abilities and is all about resource cards, I thought I'd make a run at a deck planned around keeping 3 allies in play and then using Band Together to play 3 cost events.

The first thing you are going to be looking for is start getting your allies into play so that Band Together has some actual value. However, don't pass up getting Bishop's Uniform and Bishop's Rifle into play either. Especially the uniform, you're going to need it if you plan on keeping those allies in play.

Early use of Call for Backup and "To Me, My X-Men!" can get your allies out, while cards like Danger Room Training, Game Time and First Aid can help them stick around longer. Malcolm and Randall have built in healing, and Legion may get some randomly. The X-Mansion also can heal any of your characters when in alter-ego.

Once you have some allies out, and especially once you have 3, Band Together can be used to pay for Concussive Blast, Mass Attack and Push Ahead for your big attacks and thwarts.

Bishop has loads of resources in this deck for getting cards into play and has multiple ways to get resource cards back into his deck and hand. I've even had resource cards left to toss away on Super-Charged occasionally.

This deck has fared well against expert villains and is pretty versatile. I have only played it solo, but there is no reason it should not work well in multiplayer as well.
