For that playthrough, I used Winter Soldier from Black Widow's hero deck in place of Jack Flag for NelsonAllOver's Marvel Champions Cinematic Universe

Basically, use your justice events to keep the threat down while you focus on getting out your supports and upgrades like Super-Soldier Serum and Field Agent. Use field agents to keep Dum Dum Dugan and Jack Flag alive. After the first deck passthrough, resources won't really be an issue. This deck controls well and should give an easy path for victory.
