The bottom line here is to try something new, in my opinion.
With your growth counters you can easily play Taunt and draw 3 cards. Pair this with iron fist and stun the villain before your play Taunt.
Unflappable because you trigger it with Defiance and Jump Flip without exhausting Groot and get the benefit from a card draw. Use your growth counters to deal more damage with Vine Spikes or higher thwart with Entangling Vines.
Black widow is there to help with treachery cards and heal her with Med Team.
