Psylocke - Scary Butterfly

This is my take on maxing out Float Like a Butterfly, using cheap attacks. Pretty easy and cost-efficient.

First, confuse the enemy. Lots of options for that: Dazzler, Professor X, Eros for minions, Sonic Rifle, Flurry of Blades or Psionic Redirect.

Then make the most out of it with Scare Tactic, Turn the Tide as you clear threaths, Flurry of Blades and Psimitar. And don't forget your own 3 ATK with piercing.

Because you've got so much confuse going and lots of thwart too (For Justice!, Mental Detection, allies, your own 3 THW) and Under Surveillance, you can revert to AE safely and take a more controlling approach if things don't go your way. When things align, however, it feels like a justice rush deck!
