Strategy:

Initially, Confuse the villain with Professor X and Sonic Rifle in order to turn to Wasp's Alter-Ego and continually recycle draw cards, especially Moon Girl and Nick Fury (by using Wasp's Alter-Ego ability to put them back into her deck (along with the Genius resource card, and, if necessary, Ironheart).

Continue this process until a decent amount of the resource kit is built out, then focus on recycling Pinpoint Strike to rip through the villain and/or minions.

If necessary, continue to recycle Confuse and card-draw cards as well, depending on the needs of the time and to maintain board control. As minions pop up, Pinpoint Strike can be used throughout the play in Wasp's Tiny form to take them out and get overkill to deal damage to the villain and get them set up for the final push.

Clear the Area and One Way or Another can also contribute to card draw and/or board control and Vigilante Training allows one to put those cards back into the deck without using Wasp's Alter-Ego ability, which can focus on other priorities.

Justice Allies Note: The Justice allies could be switched out for your own favorites. In this case, I'm using Eros for his nice thwarting and chump blocking, and Agent Coulson is an excellent thwarter who also brings an extra card to the hand, Spycraft, that can be used as a resource or played.

The only problem with this deck is that you cannot play Spycraft because Wasp is not a spy.

Thank you, @jtjc9. I forgot that I later changed Spycraft to Counterintelligence (though it wasn't because I realized my mistake in playing an illegal card, so I'm glad you pointed it out).
