She-Hulk: A confusing lady

She-Hulk is back and wants to confuse you.

This deck is all about Confusing the Villain with the Sonic Rifle or Concussive Blow and then using Swift Retribution to hit the Villain without gaining any more threat. Turn the Tide and Lay Down the Law will get the threat removed and then hopefully do some more damage.
