Haven't tested much yet, but the idea is to maximize Quicksilver's ready ability along with his Friction Resistance upgrade via his powers and Earth's Mightiest Heroes. Get a couple Avengers allies on the board, and go nuts! Thwart like you've never thwarted before!

You can also sub Civic Duty for Adrenaline Rush for even greater potential thwarting. I like it as is for a bit more attack when needed.
