X-Men Last Stand
This deck actually works quite well, having the answer for the problem every turn. At least that’s how it felt when I played it.
Surprisingly, Pixie is a great target for Last Stand, as her attack will defeat her anyway. Other targets that are really good for this strategy: Dust - Take the extra consequential damage and attack for 4 on every minion on the table. Havok - Depending on the card draw and the modular sets being used, he can deal out 5 - 9 damage in one attack. Phoenix - Allows you to cycle her by dealing 5 damage and discarding her. Colossus - Use him to block. Then use his Damage output. The, instead of blocking, use his attack for a nice powerful 6 damage punch.
Make The Call lets you get back those lost allies.
To Me My X-Men works nicely when you have no ally in hand, you can search out for one. if you really wanted to, you can change one of these to Cerebro.

Dec 14, 2022When I play To me My X-men and if it hits Pixie I just thwart and don' block with her. I just let her return to my hand. Then Play from your hand for the "on Hand " effect. I suggest if you play alot of X-men allies to use Uncanny X-men since the discount helps a bit and the added HP. Great deck though! |
Cook deck I’ve been digging X-men with Last Stand. Just a note Pixies ability won’t trigger from Make the Call it’s only when she is played “from hand”.
