Spider-Man: New Thwips
"This is my gift, my cause. Who am I? I'm Spider-Man." Edit: Swap the 3 Concussive Blow for 3 Scare Tactic
Introduction
Miles Morales has an amazing toolkit of both hero cards and synergy with the Justice-Aspect as he swings into action in Hero form as the all-new Spider-Man!
Lets start with the core idea for Spider-Man. That's revolving around his amazing ability to use Spider-Camouflage and Venom Blast to abuse Status effect cards. This can come in handy with negating damage via the Tough card or Stun to prevent an attack or taking a breather in alter ego with a Confuse card! Having a Rec value of 4 really comes in handy when we take into account his ability to confuse enemies when paired with Eros!
This Is The New Thwip
Gameplan time! You'll have noticed by now that this deck is quite resource heavy to say the least. This is because of the cards like Double Life Swing In & Web-Shot. These don't keyword 'Require' specific resources; but they benefit massively from having certain resources to hand at the time. Grab those Web-Shooter's and get swingin!'
Justice-Package
For Miles' Justice-Package we're running One Way or Another to make sure we have access to the cards we need when we need them. This works excellently with Miles Morales to help control what we can draw late into our deck's cycles.
Next up we have Multitasking. This card pairs excellently with Sense of Justice which makes it essentially a free -4 to overall threat. Most of the time this will likely be used to deal with the issues One Way or Another caused. But isn't that just the spirit of Multitasking? (And it's thematic with Miles on the cover.)
The Big Guns
Lastly, we have our heavy-hitter cards like Sonic Rifle and Scare Tactic to really get control of the situation during each scenario. This is overkill given Miles' amazing toolkit already. But it's a welcome addition when we consider Arachnobatics. This will ensure that Miles can really pile on that damage even though we're in Justice-Aspect.
Closing Thoughts
Miles has a lot to offer when and where you need it. He's like WD40 for every problem and he's got the solution. Just make sure to keep villains and minions under-control with status effects and he'll really swing his way into the hearts of anyone playing with him.
P.S. The last bit of synergy left is Down Time works well with Double Life.
