This deck is built around Meditation and confusing the villain. Being able to confuse the villain and flip to Alter-ego every other turn to use Meditation to set up quickly and build up Techniques for bigger turns is the goal.

Groot is there to soak up some attacks as needed, and is another great target for Meditation.

One Way or Another is a great source for card draw if you have the thwarting capability in hand
