Nebula - Rough Justice

The basic premise of the deck is to draw more cards so that you can get to your techniques quickly, and with a low cost curve so that you can put down multiple in a turn. The other justice cards are designed to allow you more opportunity to flip down to alter-ego and play cards like Combat Ready.
