The first of my season Groot builds, starting with spring (green).
You must change forms every turn in order to place growth counters on Groot as quick as possible, and at the same time being able to attack and kill minions (or damage villain). The deal is to survive while preparing upgrades, support and allies (I usually aim for 25% of deck of cards in play).
I put Bait and Switch to control schemes when playing solo, if multiplaying you might swap with Preemptive Strike. Ideally when multiplaying, you can pair with Rocket Rackoon character. If not, having Rocket Raccoon ally will allow you to play Flora and Fauna
Once ready (with max size due to growth counters), let the villain who you really are. You are big. You are large. You are GROOT!
