Captain America - for Justice and the American way

The biggest thing this deck is aiming for is to put in Heroic Intuition so Cap can thwart all day long. The rest of the justice deck will keep threat at bay so he can use Heroic Strike and the likes to beat down. Probably better in multiplayer than solo but will try.

UPDATE V2: removed Mockingbird as it was superfluous. Changed the 2 x Surveillance Team for 2 x Under Surveillance as I feel the need to extend the threshold for schemes greater. The threat removed by Surveillance Team was minimal compared to the rest of the deck.

Cap is also used as part Protection in this deck allowing others to swing So using his ability to defend and ready up can also be strong. And then use For Justice! to keep threat down
