Quicksilver - Leadership Goon Squad

The revolving door of Avengers is to facilitate Earth's Mightiest Heroes. The rest of the Leadership Events are there to boost Quicksilver's stats - this is a lazy (and probably crappy) attempt at trying to ready QS as much as possible in a round, hopefully to grossly overpowered effect. It probably won't work.
