Testing out Scarlet Witch, primarily against Rhinofor the SCL Hero rounds.
The idea is too stun as much as possible, using Black Widow and Brother Voodoo to help with thwarting, and Molecular Decay for the damage.
Hex Bolt is fine, but is pretty random so don't count on it.
Momentum Shift is used to heal some as need be, and Enduranceto get some extra health.
Assess the Situation and The Sorcerer Supreme are to help increase the hand size for big turns, and Spiritual Meditation to help filter for what you need at that time.
