Domino - I'm just a lucky girl

Domino is lucky.

This deck just makes sure she is lucky a lot more often than probability should allow.

The plan is simple: load the deck with wild resources, manipulate the top card, and turn Domino's luck into damage, threat removal, and card advantage.

Stack the Odds

Domino's hero ability lets you swap a card from your hand with the top card of your deck.

That means you don't always have to hope for the right resource.

Put it there yourself.

When one of Domino's abilities counts resources discarded from the top of her deck, each printed resource counts twice.

With the huge number of wild resources in this deck, the odds are heavily in your favor.

Guns and Sharpshooter

Domino's Pistols turn those resources into damage.

Sharpshooter does the same for your ranged attacks, and with two copies in play, a good discard can add a serious amount of damage.

This is why the deck contains so many wild resources.

They aren't excessive.

They're ammunition.

And Digging Deep is particularly useful when discarded from the top of your deck, giving Domino value even after using it to fuel another effect.

Do the Justice Job

Domino can deal plenty of damage on her own.

The deck needed something else: reliable threat removal.

For Justice!, Lay Down the Law, Stealth Strike and Passion for Justice give her enough dedicated thwarting to actually perform the Justice role while the rest of the deck runs Domino's probability engine.

You don't need to turn her into a generic Justice hero.

You just need enough Justice to keep the schemes under control.

Alter the Odds

Lucky Break and Lucky and Good let Domino interfere with bad encounter cards before they become problems.

Her Alter-Ego ability provides another way to manipulate cards and recover useful pieces from the discard pile when you have a safe opportunity to flip.

The result is a deck where very little feels completely random.

Make Your Own Luck

Ten resource cards looks ridiculous.

Twenty-four wild resource icons looks even more ridiculous.

That's the point.

Domino doesn't wait for the odds to favor her.

She stacks the deck, loads the guns, and makes the odds behave.

Never trust a lucky woman who gets to choose the top card.
