Scarlet Witch - Controlled Chaos

Scarlet Witch manipulates probability. This deck simply gives her better information about which probabilities to manipulate.

Global Logistics is the heart of the engine. By exhausting a S.H.I.E.L.D. card such as Surveillance Team, Wanda can examine the top of the encounter deck, discard unwanted cards and arrange the rest exactly where she wants them.

For most heroes, a treachery with 4 or 5 boost icons is terrifying. For Scarlet Witch, it's ammunition. Arrange high-boost cards for Hex Bolt and turn some of the encounter deck's most dangerous cards into powerful effects for Wanda.

Going Undercover takes that manipulation even further, looking five cards deep, potentially removing a dangerous non-scenario-specific card entirely, and rearranging the rest. Between it, Global Logistics and Scarlet Witch's own abilities, chaos becomes considerably less random.

The S.H.I.E.L.D. package also provides real threat control through Surveillance Team, while Turn the Tide converts successful thwarting into free damage. Show of Empathy provides another valuable target for Wanda's threat removal while helping deal with troublesome minions.

The rest of the deck keeps Wanda firmly rooted in her mystical identity: Agatha Harkness, Wiccan, Quicksilver, Magic Shield, The Sorcerer Supreme, Chaos Magic and Warp Reality remain at the center of her game.

Maybe S.H.I.E.L.D. is helping Wanda monitor potential threats. Maybe they're monitoring Wanda.

Either way, she has access to their intelligence now — and Scarlet Witch decides what happens next.
