This deck has a simple purpose:
Play Righteous Purpose with low health allies and profit.
10 of your allies have two health and cost 2 or 3 to play. Three of those allies draw you at least one card when they're played. Ant-Man and Wasp cost 1 and get buffed immediately. She-Hulk and Captain Marvel are your higher cost allies if have some breathing room. Finally, Two-Gun Kid is meant to help you if you get swarmed by minions.
The rest of the deck is simple. Use Avenge Me! to get more value from your allies when they do their final blow and Rapid Response to bring them back (don't use on Ant-Man or Wasp, of course.)
I had one turn where I used Maria Hill with one health three times, twice with Avenge Me! on her. 9 damage and 6 cards is not bad with one ally.
